"Steve is the best representative I would wish for.  I’ve worked with him for years and, from the beginning, I’ve felt seen, heard, and supported.  Steve always answers my questions quickly and completely, even on weekends and over the summer. And I have a lot of questions!  When I need help or guidance on a page, he offers the advice or tech support I need to move forward.  When a deadline is nearing and I’m anxious, he reassures me.  He is calm, patient, personable, funny, and knowledgeable.  He treats me like I’m his only customer.

I receive a couple of solicitations each month from other yearbook companies.  I drop them in the trash on my way out of the mail room. I’m not interested in other companies.  I do enjoy working with the Balfour software, but what I value most about my Balfour experience is Steve.

Some people like to complain when things go wrong.  I love to shout about it when things go well.  Steve gives me lots to shout about! :-) "
